UPDATED: BPD asks for help locating missing man out of Bellingham

Bellingham Police Department (BPD) have asked the community to be on the watch for a man last seen 10pm last night.

Liberato “Bob” Trotta was last seen at his residence in Fairhaven and is believed to be on foot. Trotta is described as an 87-year old white male, 5-foot 4-inches tall, weighs about 155 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing sheepskin gloves, a black rain coat, green long-sleeve shirt, brown pants and brown shoes. Trotta walks with a stoop, may not be able to respond verbally and suffers from dementia.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this person are asked to call 360-778-8767 immediately.
