Is this incident related to Sheriffs seen out toward Lummi Reservation by Nooksack River? Is this individual thought to be out in the area is why it’s being posted by Lummi Police? I’m asking because I happened to see the sheriffs, dog & Lummi Police & did not hear why they were in the area.
