BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Both lanes of I-5 northbound and all on- and off-ramps were reopened to all traffic about 2:50pm on October 27th after being closed for nearly 12 hours following a landslide.

Officials with Washington Department of Transportation reported they had to clear about 2,000 cubic feet of slide debris along with a semi-truck and trailer that was stuck on the debris.

The semi-truck cab was towed separately from the trailer that was reportedly fully loaded with 65,000 pounds of freight.
