A Ferndale woman was arrested and booked into the Whatcom County Jail after law enforcement served a search warrant yesterday on a residence in the 5600 block of 1st Avenue, across the street from Central Elementary School.
The following report was released by Ferndale Police today,
Florindo, age 48, previously pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (heroin) in 2013 according to court records. She was a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop and the heroin turned up during a consented search of her purse and a bag.
