FERNDALE, Wash. — First responders were dispatched about 5pm to the northbound lanes of I-5 between the Portal Way and Main Street interchange in Ferndale due to a report of a crash.
As of 5:05pm, both lanes appeared blocked.
Update 5:25pm: Both lanes have been cleared.
