WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Whatcom County Public Works is advising drivers to expect delays on Birch Bay-Lynden Road and use alternate routes when possible on Thursday, July 14th, from 5am to 6pm.
Road striping will be done during those hours on the 11.5 miles of road between Harborview Road in Birch Bay and Tromp Road in Lynden.
Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office deputies will assist with traffic control, and drivers are advised to remember that traffic fines double in work zones.
