3:10pm – the blocking vehicle was moved off the road but there remains some residual backup to LaBounty Drive. The worst is over.
3:05pm – Main Street traffic westbound is backed up due to one or more blocking disabled vehicles in the westbound lane on Pioneer Bridge.
