WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — This morning, Saturday, November 5th, officials with Whatcom County Public Works provided the following list of roads that are closed due to power lines down or storm-related hazards.

Puget Sound Energy reported nearly 7,700 of their customer addresses in Whatcom County were without power as of 2:30am. That number had been reduced to 4,730 by 5:40am.
