North Ferndale power outage impacts over 1,000

FERNDALE, Wash. — As of 8:40am on Friday, April 21st, a power outage had impacted 1,166 Puget Sound Energy customer addresses in the Custer and northeast Ferndale area.

The outage was reported about 8:20am.

As of 8:40am, the outage remained under investigation and the estimate for restoring power was set at 10:30am.

PSE later reported power had been restored to all addresses by 10am. The cause cited was “trees/vegetation.”
