Main Street crash blocked eastbound traffic west of I-5

First responders were dispatched to Main Street west of the I-5 overpass due to a report of blocking crash about 1pm today, June 18th.

3 vehicles were involved in a crash in the eastbound lanes between LaBounty Drive and the I-5 overpass.

Whatcom County Fire District 7 Division Chief Justin Iverson said 1 person was transported by an aid car to PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries and another was assessed at the scene and determined not to be injured.

Ferndale Police were on scene investigating the crash when this story was posted.
