BELLINGHAM, Wash. — About 1:30pm on Wednesday, December 13th, Bellingham Police Department assisted fire/aid personnel on scene of a traffic incident by closing both directions of traffic on Hannegan Road between E Bakerview Road and E Sunset Drive.
First responders were dispatched about 1:20pm to the 3800 block of Hannegan Road due to report of a single-vehicle rollover crash.
The PulsePoint EMS dispatch log service reported at least 1 patient had been transported from the crash site via a medic unit which typically is used to provide advanced life support (ALS) protocol.
About 1:50pm, BPD said traffic through the area was expected to be impacted for about 2 hours. They requested motorists use alternate routes to avoid the area.
BPD reported the road was reopened about 4pm.
