Ferndale real estate continues to recover since bottoming out in recent years. During the last twelve months home values have increased 8.4% according to Zillow.
Zillow’s overview of the Ferndale real estate market includes, “The median price of homes currently listed in 98248 is $304,900 while the median price of homes that sold is $238,027. The median rent price in 98248 is $995.”
Zillow also forecasts a 1.2% increase over the next twelve months.
