BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police issued a missing person alert today, Wednesday, October 12th. According to the alert statement, Charles Scott, age 73, was last seen on Mahogany Avenue about 8pm last night and has been diagnosed with dementia.
Scott was wearing a maroon t-shirt, blue jeans, black slip-on shoes and a gray fedora hat. He has no access to a car or phone. While said to be weak and frail, he likes to walk.
Anyone who sees Scott is asked to call 911 immediately.
Update: Bellingham Police announced about 8am on 10/13/22 that Scott had been located and would be reunited with his family.
