The National Weather Service has extended their Winter Storm Warning an extra hour tomorrow from 6pm tonight, Wednesday, to 1pm tomorrow.
The warning was updated this afternoon to emphasize freezing rain is expected to be heavier inland and persist through midafternoon nearer the Canadian border.
1 to 3 inches of snow remains possible tonight through Thursday morning before changing to freezing rain according to NWS forecasters. Ice accumulations up to 1/3-inch are possible, with heavier amounts expected further from the Puget Sound.
The combination of snow, freezing rain and temperatures near or below freezing will create hazardous driving conditions.

WSDOT plow/sanders are visibly out on I-5 but not soon enough for a few drivers who were tangled up on I-5 southbound just past the Nooksack River bridge (same location of a multicar crash on black ice on December 6th).
