If you were driving (or walking) down Main Street through downtown recently, say about 12:45pm today, June 17th, you may have become concerned about an unusually strong aroma. Turns out a commercial vehicle with an unusual container was leaving a pungent trail of fluid as it drove eastbound on Main Street.
The driver became aware of the problem by the time he reached Barrett Road and pulled into the Starvin’ Sams Chevron station to investigate.
Turned out he was leaking an engine fluid, possibly transmission fluid, which was quite odorous.
