Wednesday morning update

7:30am: Good morning. First, Washington Street has reopened to all traffic. There’s a substantial dip where the trench has been temporarily covered so drivers be alert. Otherwise it is a cold but dry morning with temperatures in the mid to upper 30s.

Commute routes out of Ferndale, including Marine Drive, are currently all open with no visible surprises. Check the current WSDOT traffic cams anytime here.

Today’s Ferndale weather forecast calls for showers this morning becoming a steady rain during the afternoon. Expect highs in the mid 40s and winds east-southeast from 10 to 15mph. The chance of rain is 90%.
