TRAFFIC
Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic until at least September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
Grandview Road west from Portal Way past Vista Drive is reduced to one-lane with flaggers directing traffic at the intersections. Expect significant delays through the area. This project is expected to continue until late August.
