7:30am: Good morning. Temperatures around Ferndale are in the upper 50s under clear skies with a breeze from the south.
TRAFFIC
The Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic at least until September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
I-5 roadwork between Ferndale and Blaine is scheduled to resume tonight at 7pm. The southbound Slater Road off- and on-ramps are expected to be closed between 7pm and 6am. Work is scheduled to be suspended over the long holiday weekend (Thursday to Monday) and will resume Tuesday night. Heads up! Main Street on- and off-ramp closures are planned for next week.
