6:40am: Good morning. Ferndale is waking to clear skies and temperatures in the mid- to upper 50s. While not as warm as Monday, yesterday’s highs continued setting records around Western Washington. We are on track for yet another unseasonably warm day, especially after temperatures around Ferndale rose a whopping seven degrees over the past hour! Enjoy the day because forecasters are saying this will be the last day of temperatures in the 70s for a while.
Today is an early dismissal day for all Ferndale public school students.
