Tonight’s Glow-in-the-Dark event has been perched precariously on a dismal weather forecast. But the clouds cleared and the winds withered to barely a breeze just in time for the beginning of the event.
This is the first of the “Summer of Fun” series of free events hosted by the City of Ferndale.
Neighbors are invited to come by anytime while the event is going on between 7:30pm and 10pm in Griffintown Park.
