WCSO says family members are worried for his safety and would like to speak to him.

He has not contacted family since January 6th and may be with a girlfriend, Amy Joann Jensen, according to WCSO. It is believed he recently used his EBT card to make purchases in the Seattle area.

Anyone with information regarding Digaetano’s whereabouts are asked to contact Detective Gates at 360-778-6613 or via email to KGates@co.whatcom.wa.us.

According to Whatcom County Superior Court records, an active bench warrant was issued November 2021 for Digaetano’s arrest for failing to comply with community custody sentencing requirements after pleading guilty to felony property crimes in May 2021. Court records indicate there are also active bench warrants for Jensen’s arrest.

Update 4/6/22 2:30pm: Digaetano and Jensen were booked into the Snohomish County Jail about 11pm on 4/5/22 on their outstanding arrest warrants. WCSO Spokesperson Deb Slater said Digaetano is no longer listed as “missing.”
