BLAINE, Wash. — Blaine Police issued a press release describing having served a search warrant at a massage parlor located in the 1700 block of H Street in Blaine. As a result of their presence, 3 persons were arrested.
According to the press release, Blaine Police officers served the warrant about 1pm on Wednesday, May 29th. The warrant was reportedly granted due to allegations of prostitution and a sexual assault following an investigation.
Blaine Police were assisted by Bellingham Police and federal law enforcement.
2 men were arrested and charged with patronizing a prostitute. They were identified as Todd Berge, age 57 and of Blaine, and Ankhjargal Jargalsaikhan, age 38 and of Corona, California. Both were booked and released at the Whatcom County Jail.

A woman, identified as Jie Deng, age 39 and of Renton, was also arrested. She was charged with 2nd-degree rape.
The press release said the investigation was ongoing, so few details were being made available at this time.
It was not known if the business remained open or not.
