7:30am: Good morning. Temperatures around Ferndale are in the upper 50s this morning under mostly clear skies with breeze from the south. A high of 82° was recorded at a Ferndale weather station yesterday but we are not expected to get as warm today.
TRAFFIC
The Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic at least until September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
I-5 roadwork between Ferndale and Blaine is scheduled to resume tonight at 7pm. The northbound Slater Road off- and on-ramps are expected to be closed between 7pm and 6am. Check here for other scheduled closures of the Main Street and Slater Road on- and off-ramps in the upcoming days.
