TRAFFIC ALERT: Resurfacing work on I-5 northbound between Portal Way and Blaine is scheduled to resume tonight at 7pm. From 7pm until 11am tomorrow, drivers can expect lane closures in the area and the northbound off and on ramps at the Birch Bay-Lynden interchange (exit 270) are scheduled to be closed.
