7:20am: Good morning. It is another mostly sunny morning with temperatures in the upper 40s around Ferndale. The high today is expected to break 70° as we continue with a series of clear and warm days. As it stands now, this string of good weather will peak with a high near 80° on Friday.

Expect Malloy Avenue to be closed between Thornton Street and Jensen Street again today. Also, roadwork is scheduled to continue until 11am this morning on northbound I-5 north of Portal Way. Expect work to resume at the same location this evening around 7pm. Traffic will be reduced to one lane so delays can be expected.
Otherwise, commute routes in and out of Ferndale are currently open with no visible surprises. Check the current WSDOT traffic cams anytime here.
