WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — About 9am on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reported the electronic traffic signals at the intersection of Guide Meridian (SR539) and Laurel Road were flashing red in all directions.
Update: The lights resumed normal operation about 12pm.
