Work to upgrade the sanitary sewer pump station between the railroad tracks and Pioneer Bridge is expected to require closing one lane of Main Street.
The City of Ferndale announced on their website today “crews will need to occupy one of the traffic lanes.” Flaggers will be in place to direct alternating traffic flow through the heavily traveled area.
This impact is, according to the city announcement, expected to happen “starting in the morning and continuing through into the early afternoon.”

We’ve been informed traffic will not be impacted until after 9am.
