FERNDALE, Wash. — Whatcom County Public Works reopened Slater Road today, December 4th, about 8am.
The road had been closed since November 26th due to flooding during repeat heavy local rains over the past 3 weeks.
Traffic had been detoured down Main Street in Ferndale during the closure.
