Work on private property along Ferndale Terrace will require reducing the road to one lane starting at 8am Monday, March 7th.
Boss Construction workers will be replacing a burst sewer line on the south side of Ferndale Terrace between Birch Drive and Seamount Drive (see map below) for a private property owner. As a result, flaggers will be directing traffic as the road will be reduced to one lane through the work area.
Work is expected to begin at 8am and may continue until 5pm. Drivers should expect delays in the area during this time.
