Previously announced work to repair road damage suffered this winter has been updated to reflect Ferndale Road will be closed.
The City of Ferndale announced the repairs on Ferndale Road are now scheduled beginning 6am Wednesday, August 9th, through Thursday, August 10th, between Ulrich Road and Cherry Street. During this time, this section of Ferndale Road will be closed.
It was previously announced one lane would remain open during repairs and work would continue through Friday. Thornton Street between Vista Drive and Malloy Avenue has been closed for similar road work.
Traffic will be detoured via Ulrich Road, Douglas Road and Main Street.
