City staff today warned drivers to avoid Malloy Avenue between Thornton Street and Aldergrove Road beginning Wednesday morning, October 17th, due to work related to the 192-lot Malloy Heights residential development.
According to today’s announcement,
Drivers should expect delays as traffic is reduced to single lane traffic on Malloy Avenue between Willow Court and Kona Court from Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 7:00am to 7:00pm to until work is complete. Flaggers will be on-site directing traffic. This work is to complete improvements associated with a private development project. Road will remain open during nonworking hours.
