Realizing the owner of the building housing their retail storefront would soon be selling, Tin Shack co-owners Allison Trimble and Madeline Zender made the decision to offer their products only via their website and occasional events.
According to Trimble, beginning January 1st Tin Shack’s selection of riding boots, tack, clothing and jewelry products will only be able through sales online, by appointment and at events. Since September 2014, their products were also available through their retail store location at 5658 Second Avenue.
The same inventory will be available online and at events as was available in the store, said Trimble.
“We are not looking for another location in Ferndale at this time,” Trimble told Discover Ferndale. “This has been somewhat of a hobby, as we both have other full-time jobs and families.”
