Whatcom Unified Emergency Management (WUEM) has issued a coastal flood advisory for tidal surges from 2am to noon tomorrow (Tuesday). The affected areas may be Pt. Roberts, Gooseberry Point, Sandy Point, Lummi Island, Birch Bay.
