6:55am: Good morning. It’s a wet morning with temperatures around Ferndale in the mid-50s under overcast skies. The current radar indicates more intense weather is just about upon the area (see loop graphic).
TRAFFIC
The closure of Washington Street to through traffic continues (at least until September). The official detour is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
I-5 roadwork between Ferndale and Blaine that has been responsible for lane closures in the northbound lanes is not scheduled to resume until Sunday night.
