Sudden gusts of wind were reported along with heavy rains as the weather system swept past on an east-northeast path just before and after 7am.

Over 17,600 PSE customer addresses were without power as of 7:40pm.
A Wind Advisory remains in effect through Friday morning.
Those without power may be waiting a while for repairs to restore power.
The outage could last up to 5 hours PSE warns.
The outage began at 6:30am according to PSE.
Tire tracks leading to the pickup showed it drifted off the side of the road and struck a power pole before descending down the slope into bushes.
The outage was first reported about 8:50am.
Puget Sound Energy reported 1127 of their customers have been impacted.
