Sunday morning update

8:40am: Good morning. Temperatures are in the upper 30s around the Ferndale area under cloudy skies with a wind from the south. Air quality is not being reported (monitoring station appears offline). The overnight low was 31°.

Weather conditions changed rapidly between 1am and 1:20am when the temperature increased 8°, winds shifted from northwest to southeast and winds increased from a light breeze to sustained winds of 10 to 15mph with gusts near 35mph. This resulted in melting most frozen precipitation accumulated over the past 2 days.
