Today’s morning commute – weather – events. Right here in Ferndale.
7:25am: Good morning. It is a colder than normal morning in Ferndale with temperatures ranging from the upper 40s to the low 50s under a mostly clear sky. Air quality is being reported in the GOOD range. A low marine layer of clouds is creating localized foggy conditions in some places (visible in the traffic camera images below).
TRAFFIC
- Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic until October. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
- This summer’s resurfacing project on I-5 between Ferndale and Blaine is scheduled to resume Tuesday evening due to the Labor Day holiday weekend.
