TRAFFIC
Washington Street between Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue remains closed to through traffic until at least September. The official detour route is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
The Lummi Island ferry, Whatcom Chief, will be ending service early to allow for work to be done on the terminal ramps. Service will be interrupted between 10:20pm and 5:30am each night through Thursday morning.
