Single Car Injury Accident on I-5 This Afternoon

A 4-wheel drive vehicle looked like it hit the guardrails and barriers on I-5 on every corner of the vehicle before coming to rest near the Portal Way on-ramp to southbound I-5.

Aid and Washington State Patrol units were dispatched to the single-vehicle accident about 2:30pm. Traffic was backed up with only one lane open. No official word on the cause or resulting injuries.
