Sheriff’s Office seeks person of interest in Blaine car theft

BLAINE, Wash. — Officials with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) asked their Facebook followers to help locate a person of interest in the theft of vehicles from a dealership on Blaine Road.

According to WCSO, early Thursday morning, March 31st, 4 suspects stole 3 vehicles from a dealership on Blaine Road. 1 of the cars ran out of gas near Birch Bay Lynden and Blaine Roads. A 6’3” male (see photos) with a crucifix necklace was seen buying gas for the car. He said his name was Dustin and he was with a female in a gold GMC Yukon SUV.

Anyone with information on “Dustin” or his whereabouts is asked to call the WCSO tip line at 360-778-6663.
