BELLINGHAM, Wash. — First responders were dispatched about 5:30am due to a report of a semi-truck and trailer rollover in the northbound lanes just south of the W Bakerview Road overpass.

Initial radioed reports from Washington State Patrol said there was a substantial amount of debris in the roadway. The semi-truck had heavy front-end damage and the fully loaded trailer was on its side.
WSP reported by radio that the driver was transported to PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center with minor injuries.

As of 7:30am, there was no estimate for when the lane would be reopened. Class-C tow trucks were on scene preparing to clear the semi-truck and trailer.
