Firstly, as of 3:55pm today, Slater Road was reopened to traffic in both directions. On the other hand, Marine Drive remains closed but the west end detour has been moved from Rural Avenue to Ferndale Road. Ferndale Road conveniently was reopened between Slater Road and Marine Drive to enable that to happen.
Barrett and Paradise Roads have water over the roadway and, as of the time of this post, the “Road Closed” signs were still in place but probably not for much longer.
