Reports are that all power in the Ferndale area has been restored. According to the Bellingham Herald a tree limb was the culprit.
UPDATE 12:05pm
PSE has updated the estimate for those effected (68 customers) in downtown to 4:00pm.
The estimated time for a fix for the majority of people impacted (1990 customers) by today’s outage remains 3:30pm.
UPDATE 11:33am
Cause is still under investigation. PSE is estimating power will be restored 3:30pm. 1990 PSE customers impacted.
