BELLINGHAM, Wash. —At 5:30pm, first responders were dispatched to the intersection of Marine Drive and Ferndale Road due to a report of at least 1 vehicle stranded in rising floodwater.
About 5:40pm, first responders were dispatched to Imhof Road between Ulrich Road and Douglas Road due to a stranded motorist.
Initial reports were of no injuries in either incident.
