A new local real estate office has opened its doors in the Ferndale Station business park.
The new Coastal Realty office, run by Designated Broker Emmitt Trimble and led by 3rd generation real estate professional Allison Trimble, is located at 1855 Main Street, Suite 107B, and will serve Ferndale, Whatcom County and Washington State.
Emmitt is a real estate veteran with over 40 years in the industry. Allison has specialized in selling equestrian properties across the state and also handles residential listings locally.
The office team includes, in addition to the Trimbles, Sally Newton, Rachel Swanson and Lee Paparoa.
