Public asked to help locate missing Ferndale man

FERNDALE, Wash. — Ferndale Police and the Washington State Patrol Missing Persons Unit seek assistance from the public to locate a Ferndale man missing since July 16th.

Ferndale Police responded on July 17th to a report of a missing person. According to family members, the 26-year-old man was last seen about 8am on July 16th leaving his Ferndale residence. 

The man suffers with mental health issues, left without his medication and has been behaving abnormally recently according to Ferndale Police. 

The missing man is identified as Shea Bleil and described as a white male, 6-foot 1-inch tall, weighing 300 pounds with green eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a dark colored T-shirt, shorts and carrying a backpack. 

Any information regarding Bleil’s whereabouts should be reported to the Ferndale Police Department by calling 360-384-3390 or to the Washington State Patrol’s Missing Persons Unit by calling 800-543-5678.
