Ferndale Police were out with a driver who had been reported as suspected of DUI by citizens on I-5 and later on Main Street. His choice of parking in a front yard may not help any defenses he may have against those claims.
Police were waiting on a K-9 drug-sniffing dog and a drug recognition expert at last report.
