WSDOT inspection crews are being requested.
This story will be updated as more information is available.
Washington State Patrol and Department of Transportation continue to investigate. No obvious sign of impact or debris have been found. The truck was escorted off of I-5 in Blaine. There have been no indications of a need to stop traffic around either overpass.
Nothing more has been reported regarding this for the last hour. Likely there will be nothing more outside of the official investigation.
According to Trooper Mark Francis of the WSP, they found “no damage. They don’t believe it struck it [the overpass] but are going to take some follow up measurements to verify.”
