Robert Neely (61) was born in Tacoma Washington to Eugene and Muriel Neely. He had two children and worked in carpentry most his life. He passed in hospice with family.
He is survived by his mother, Muriel; sisters, Linda, Krista and Katrina; and his family, Pat, Tammy, Alysha and Nate.
