LYNDEN, Wash. — First responders were dispatched to the intersection of Front Street and 19th Street about 5:15pm today, August 31st due to a report of a rollover crash.

Lynden Fire Department Fire Chief Mark Billmire told Whatcom News they arrived to find a mid-sized SUV on its roof in the middle of the intersection. The 2 occupants needed assistance to be released from their seatbelts.

Another mid-sized SUV had struck the driver’s side of the SUV causing it to roll. That driver was not injured according to Billmire.
